More than 14,000 people attended the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference in Chicago this October. This 19,000-pound tactical protector vehicle, the Pit-Bull by Virginia-based Alpine Armoring, is nearly 8 feet tall, more than 7 feet wide, and comes standard with nine gun ports and a V-10 engine.
