Niger’s innovative response to famine

The latest video in our “Food for 9 Billion” series with PBS NewsHour, Homelands Productions and American Public Media’s Marketplace looks at Niger, one of eight drought-stricken countries in West Africa where relief officials say millions of people are imperiled. Fred de Sam Lazaro reports on how the country is preparing for its crisis.
